This is my pledge today.  My mantra.  I will be saying this till I am no longer embarrased by the messy condition of my home.

I am a housewife (and SAHM).  With real housewife duties. I must clean using real products and not just blow the dust off the surfaces. I must actually change the sheets on the beds and not just spray them with Fabreeze. (I love Fabreeze) I must clean the toilets unless I want sewer rats in my bathrooms.  And finally, I must do laundry unless I want my child to be naked and my husband is forced to wear swim trunks for underwear.

This is a promise I am making to myself.  If I accomplish all of my goals I will not only be the most amazing housewife on Earth but will also deserve a HUGE scoop of ice cream at the end of the day.  In a clean bowl!!!
